Kathy Dahlkemper
Kathleen Ann Dahlkemper (née Steenberge; born December 10, 1957) is an American politician. A member of the Democratic Party, she was elected the county executive of Erie County, Pennsylvania in 2013 and served as the U.S. representative for Pennsylvania's 3rd congressional district from 2009 to 2011.
