Kabuli pulao

Kabuli pulao (Dari: قابلی پلو, pronounced [qɒːbeliː pæ:læw], also transcribed as Kabuli pulaw or Qabeli palaw, Pashto: کابلي پلاو‎ Kabeli palaw) is a variety of pilaf made in Afghanistan.
