It is owned by Mount Wilson FM Broadcasters and airs a country music format, switching to Christmas music from Thanksgiving weekend to Christmas Day. The studios are on Cotner Avenue at Ohio Avenue in Los Angeles' Westwood neighborhood, while the transmitter is atop Mount Wilson.
