John P. Devine (judge)
John Phillip Devine (born October 3, 1958) is an American attorney and judge who is an associate justice on the Supreme Court of Texas. A Republican, he was a judge on a Texas District Court from 1995 to 2002. Since 2013, he has been on the Texas Supreme Court.
