Jiang Guoping
Jiang Guoping (Chinese: 姜国平; born October 1962) is a vice admiral (zhongjiang) of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) who has been deputy commander of the North Theater Command since September 2019. He is a delegate to the 13th National People's Congress.
