Jabbor Rasulov
Jabbor Rasulovich Rasulov (Tajik: Ҷаббор Расулович Расулов, Russian: Джабар Расулович Расулов; 10 July 1913 – 4 April 1982) was the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Tajikistan between April 12, 1961, and April 4, 1982.
