Igor Rudenya
Igor Mikhaylovich Rudenya (Russian: Игорь Михайлович Руденя; born on 15 February 1968), is a Russian statesman who is currently the 5th governor of Tver Oblast since 23 September 2016. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.
