Honesto Ongtioco
Honesto "Nes" Flores Ongtioco (born October 17, 1948) is a Filipino bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. He is the first and only Bishop of Cubao, and also served as Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Malolos from May 12, 2018 to August 21, 2019. He previously served as second Bishop of Balanga in Bataan from June 18, 1998 to August 28, 2003.
