Haibowan District
Haibowan District (Mongolian: ᠬᠠᠶᠢᠷᠤᠪ ᠤᠨ ᠲᠣᠬᠣᠢ ᠲᠣᠭᠤᠷᠢᠭ; Chinese: 海勃湾区) or Hairibin Tohoi District is a district of the city of Wuhai, Inner Mongolia, China.
