El Phantasmo
Riley Vigier (born October 24, 1986), better known by his ring name El Phantasmo (often shortened to ELP), is a Canadian professional wrestler. He is signed to New Japan Pro Wrestling, where he is both one-half of the current Strong Openweight Tag Team Champions and IWGP Tag Team Champions along with Hikuleo.

In NJPW, Phantasmo is a three-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion, a two-time Super J-Cup winner and is a former member of Bullet Club. As of August 13th, he is a member of the Guerrillas of Destiny stable. He also worked for Impact Wrestling, and various independent promotions in Canada, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
