Efim Shchadenko

Yefim Afanasievich Shchadenko (Russian: Ефим Афана́сьевич Щаде́нко; 27 September 1885 – 6 September 1951) was a Soviet colonel general who headed the Main Directorate for the Formation and Manning of the Red Army during the early years of World War II.
