Dormammu

Dormammu (/dɔːrˈmɑːm/) is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, the character first appeared in Strange Tales #126 (November 1964). He is the brother of supervilainess Umar and the uncle of superheroine Clea who rules over the Dark Dimension. Dormammu is a recurring antagonist of the superhero Doctor Strange.

Dormammu made his live-action debut in the 2016 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Doctor Strange, performed through motion capture by Benedict Cumberbatch and voiced by a mixture of Cumberbatch and an unidentified British actor.
