Deng Hongxun
Deng Hongxun (Chinese: 邓鸿勋; January 1931 – 21 December 2019) was a Chinese politician and engineer. He served as Communist Party Chief of Hainan Province from June 1990 to January 1993, and prior to that, as Party Chief of his native city Wuxi and Deputy Party Chief of Jiangsu Province. His tenure in Hainan was marked by his fierce clash with Governor Liu Jianfeng.
