David Rutley
David Henry Rutley (born 7 March 1961) is a British politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Macclesfield since 2010. A member of the Conservative Party, he has been Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Americas and Caribbean since October 2022.
