Cyaxares

Cyaxares (Median: ᴴuvaxšϑra; Old Persian: 𐎢𐎺𐎧𐏁𐎫𐎼 ᴴuvaxštra; Akkadian: Waksatar; Old Phrygian: Ksuwaksaros; Ancient Greek: Κυαξάρης, romanized: Kuaxarēs; Latin: Cyaxarēs; reigned 625–585 BCE) was the third king of the Medes.
