CloverWorks, Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社CloverWorks, Hepburn: Kabushiki-gaisha KurōbāWākusu) is a Japanese animation studio that was rebranded from A-1 Pictures' Kōenji Studio. It is a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment Japan's anime production firm Aniplex.
