Bugojno group

The Bugojno group (Croatian: Bugojanska skupina) was the name given to a Croatian separatist insurgent cell which was infiltrated into SFR Yugoslavia on 20 June 1972 to spark a rebellion against the socialist Yugoslav government. Their plans failed. Of the 19 men involved, all but one of them were killed or executed afterwards. The sole exception was 21-year-old Ludvig Pavlovic, whose death was commuted due to his young age. He was released from prison in 1990, only to be killed in the Croatian War of Independence the following year.
