Braciola

Braciola (Italian: [braˈtʃɔːla]; pl.: braciole, Italian: [braˈtʃɔːle]) may refer to several distinct dishes in Italian cuisine. Also known as brageole, it is a French culinary specialty. It is a classic component of the macaronade from Sète.
