Benson James Boone (born June 25, 2002) is an American singer-songwriter, rollerblader and multi-instrumentalist. He was born in Monroe, Washington.

Boone began sharing his music on TikTok in 2021 and subsequently auditioned for American Idol. He withdrew from the competition but continued to gain popularity on TikTok, amassing 1.7 million followers. His talent was recognized by Imagine Dragons' frontman Dan Reynolds, who signed Boone to his record label, Night Street Records. Boone's debut single, "Ghost Town", was released in October 2021 and charted in 13 countries. He followed this up with the successful singles "In the Stars" and the song "Beautiful Things", the latter which became his first ever song to reach the top five on the US Billboard Hot 100 and also a global smash hit.
