Arsaces II of Parthia
Arsaces II (/ˈɑːrsəsiːz/; from Greek: Ἀρσάκης; in Parthian: 𐭀𐭓𐭔𐭊 Aršak, Persian: اشک Ašk), was the Arsacid king of Parthia from 217 BC to 191 BC.
