Arindam Bagchi
Arindam Bagchi is an Indian diplomat and civil services officer. He is a 1995 batch officer of the Indian Foreign Service. He was appointed the Official Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs in March 2021 and served their till 3 January 2024. On 16 October 2023, he was appointed India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations at Geneva. He has succeeded Indra Mani Pandey and assumed the charge on 5 January 2024.
