Andrii Prokopenko
Andrii Leonidovych Prokopenko (Ukrainian: Андрій Леонідович Прокопенко; born 10 January 1982) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and politician. Prokopenko is a former Governor of Chernihiv Oblast.
