Andrey Filatov
Andrey Vasilievich Filatov (Russian: Андре́й Васи́льевич Фила́тов; born 18 December 1971) is a Russian entrepreneur. Filatov is chairman of the Board of Directors of Tuloma investment company, and a co-owner of the Globaltrans company. Andrey Filatov is also President of the Chess Federation of Russia (from 1992 to 2018 – Russian Chess Federation), Vice President of the Afro-Asian Chess Association (AACA). Merited Chess Coach of Russia. He is Honorary Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts.
