Andrea Rubio
Andrea Valentina Rubio Armas (born November 27, 1998) is a Venezuelan model and beauty queen who was crowned Miss International 2023, she previously was crowned Miss Venezuela International 2022. She represented Portuguesa state at the Miss Venezuela 2022 pageant. She is the ninth Miss International from Venezuela.
