Alexey Ulyukaev
Alexey Valentinovich Ulyukaev (Russian: Алексе́й Валенти́нович Улюка́ев, IPA: [ɐlʲɪkˈsʲej vəlʲɪnʲˈtʲinəvʲɪtɕ ʊlʲʊˈka(j)ɪf]; born 23 March 1956) is a Russian politician, scientist, and economist. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.

He served part of an eight-year prison term in a penal colony on the outskirts of Tver for soliciting a large bribe.
