Aleksandr Arosev
Aleksander Yakovlevich Arosev (Russian: Алекса́ндр Я́ковлевич Аро́сев; 6 June [O.S. 25 June] 1890 – 10 February 1938) was a Russian revolutionary, Soviet diplomat and writer.
