Aimag

An aimag (/ˈaɪmæɡ/ EYE-mag; Mongolian: аймаг [ˈɛe̯mɐ̆q]; Oirat: әәмг [ɛːmə̆q]), originally a Mongolian word meaning 'tribe', is an administrative subdivision in Mongolia, Russia, and in the Inner Mongolia region of China.
