Aeëtes
Aeëtes (/iːˈiːtiːz/; Ancient Greek: Αἰήτης, romanized: Aiḗtēs, Greek pronunciation: [ai̯.ɛ̌ː.tɛːs]), or Aeeta, was a king of Colchis in Greek mythology. The name comes from the ancient Greek word αἰετός (aietós, "eagle").
