Complications

Infection (early or late complication)
Pain
Device rejection due to allergic or immune response
Lead migration or erosion
Stimulator misfiring, transient electric shock
Seroma, hemorrhage, hematoma
Nerve injury, paralysis
Adverse change in voiding or bowel function
