I am a Junior Level Front End Developer and aspiring Web Designer. I love experimenting with code and trying new things. I'm currently putting most of my effort into learning JavaScript and the Model View Control design (MVC) pattern in ASP.NET.

I love reading books (huge fantasy/sci-fi nerd), playing video games, and pretty much diving into new hobbies.

I have a degree in Applied Science majoring in Surgical Technology with 9 years of experience working in surgery. I worked in veterinary surgery for the last 5 years; this career was extremely rewarding, but I really wanted to try learning a new trade. My husband is a Software Developer and suggested I pick up programming, so a few Pluralsight courses later, and here I am!
