I’m excited about learning the latest and greatest technologies frontend development has to offer. I enjoy creating sleek applications that are user friendly. I’m always striving to improve my skill set as efficiently as possible.

I taught myself enough to land a dev job in 2016, from there my interest has turned into a passion.

My philosophy is there is always something to learn from others. I’m always seeking to learn, and want to become the best developer I can be. I am a do’er, I enjoy creating, I just want to do more of it.

I have experience with peer code reviews and giving and receiving coding advice. I also have experience with code rewrites and constant iterations, both visually and functionality. I have a history of working for small web design companies, within small teams without much culture. What I’m looking for is bigger and better with lots of culture. I’d rather be a small fish in a big pond, because if you’re the smartest person in the room, then you’re in the wrong room.

I really care about code, and I really care about culture. The code I write dictates the final product – and it means a lot to me that what I produce is of value. The culture I work in has to give me room to grow, it has to be enjoyable. Combined they give me purpose and happiness.
