Prior to founding Geeker Consulting, Alan Luo was Technology Practice Leader in a global leading executive search firm, Branch Manager in a local biggest recruitment firm and Business Consultant in the global top executive search firm MRI Worldwide.

Alan Luo is a seasoned recruiter in Technology industry, his broad technology market in-depth understanding enhance his capability to work for the senior-level and strategic position. He has placed Global Delivery Center Head, Asia Pacific Project Leads, Country Manager, Sales and Marketing professionals and business consultants into top IT companies like IBM, SAP, HP and Accenture etc.

Prior to his career in executive search industry, Alan has 4 years’ experience as Account Manager in IT Company and an IT management training consulting firm.

Alan Luo was trained academically in computer software and applications development. Hold a Bachelor of International Trading and has gained Pre-MBA degree from an international business institute.
