I have a passion for software development (main technology: Java). I like to improve process (where something can be improved) by finding software solutions, or simply I like to make things easier and let the software to do the job for you.

I like also challenges. If someone tells me that he/she wants (needs) something and the solution doesn't seem to be quite easy, I like to dig as far as I can to make things possible.

I am a person that thinks and feels that the continuous improvement is the best way of developing yourself and your career and this is why I am looking to learn as much as I can in my fields of interest.
