iWeb was a template-based WYSIWYG website creation tool developed by Apple Inc that has now been discontinued. It was part of the iLife suite of software and worked in conjunction with MobileMe. Apple has since released a support article with detailed steps on how to migrate iWeb sites to a 3rd party host.
