I've used the mice package to impute missing data (created 30 imputed datasets) and I want to do a manova and pool te results.
I can't seem to find any code or examples on how to do this, only on regular anova. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to SO. Why do the vignettes from the authors of `mice` themselves not give you what you want? The [fifth vignette](https://www.gerkovink.com/miceVignettes/Combining_inferences/Combining_inferences.html) (admittedly discussing ANOVA rather than MANOVA) seems particularly relevant. Also, please bear in mind that Stack Overflow is not the place to ask others to write your code *for you*, though the community is very willing to help you solve specific problems you encounter whilst writing it *for yourself*.
