I've used the mice package to impute missing data (created 30 imputed datasets) and I want to do a manova and pool te results.

I can't seem to find any code or examples on how to do this, only on regular anova. Can anyone help me?

Thanks!

  • Welcome to SO. Why do the vignettes from the authors of `mice` themselves not give you what you want? The [fifth vignette](https://www.gerkovink.com/miceVignettes/Combining_inferences/Combining_inferences.html) (admittedly discussing ANOVA rather than MANOVA) seems particularly relevant. Also, please bear in mind that Stack Overflow is not the place to ask others to write your code *for you*, though the community is very willing to help you solve specific problems you encounter whilst writing it *for yourself*. What have you tried so far and why didn't it work? – Limey Jul 13 '23 at 10:57
