i have requested a data download request in flurry last Thursday and till now i still haven't been able to access it has been 6 days. it's an odd event and I could not reach anyone from the support team. also I have faced a delaine in every request i do for the past 3 weeks

i tried requesting new batches but still, nothing has been processed
