I'm trying to use an API in .NET6, but I'm getting the following exception:

On other computers the same API in .NET 6 works.
Using sql developer or API with .NET 4, in my computer, I can access the same database normally. It only happends when i try to run some API in .net6.
I'm using vs2022 and oracle xe 18.4
Has anyone experienced this problem?
What should I do?
I already tried to put the "Validate connection=true" in the connection string and I also tried to increase the Connection Timeout, but nothing worked.
