After reviewing a lot of the same type of video instructions, I decided to build my first project in Keil. Downloaded the library for the corresponding controller (STM32F103C8T6). Connected CMSIS-Core and startup, added main.c to the project. As a result, even an empty project is built with errors in library files. What can be wrong?
