I hope, anyone can help me with my question. In a paper, factor loadings (inclusive uniqueness and complexity indices) are reported in an article. An oblique rotation was used.. To my knowledge, the factor loadings can be interpreted as unstandardized regression coefficients. Do anyone know if there is a formular to standardize the factor loadings?
