Compile V8 on linux platform failed

Question

compile the latest v8 failed on linux platform.

linux, v8 using ninjia

Which version of V8, and how did you get it? Which distro/version of Linux? Looks like some dependency is missing, related to `-latomic` / `std::atomic_init()`. — jmrk, Jun 19 '19 at 12:57

This problem has been solved by replacing std::atomic_init with straight assignment.
