I installed TeamViewer host on a Windows Server 2016. The TeamViewer service is installed and running (under the local system).

The problem is that it is only possible to use TeamViewer as long as someone is logged in at the server (local or RDP). If no user is logged in and I try to connect TeamViewer says that TeamViewer is not running.

recently, the company updated Teamviewer to work only on non commercial machines and for personal use only for the free version (it was ok for any type of OS for the past releases), but with the new releases like TM13, windows server is considered for commercial use OS. the version I tested was teamviwer 13 and it gave me a message saying that the free version doesnt work on windows server unless I purchase the full version (it was windows server 2012R2).
