Placing UPS in front of STS; Connecting Dual PSU to same PDU
The site has 2 x 16A @ 230V, each server/SAN has dual PSU set up.
Options:
1) [2 x 16A] ---> [1 x STS or ATS]----> [1 xUPS]---->[2 x PDU]----->[DUAL PSU]

Plugging Surge Protectors into UPS
Possible Duplicate:
UPS and power strip interactions?
I have heard that plugging a server into a surge protector (cheapo power strip) is not good.
Is this accurate?
For instance:
Server --> Fellows Power Strip --> UPS
