Or will I need to reinstall the system as it is rendered unusable if it is not remotely accessible?

ESXi 6.5 During Installation - when typing ROOT Password, Characters are repeated
All.
I have never had this issue before.
When I get to the Root Password during the installation of ESXi 6.5.
I start typing, and it repeats the characters, and at times it will do it indefinitely, and I have to start madly hitting the backspace key…

Windows 10 update - can't change keyboard language
After updating of Windows 10 Pro to new version 1903 (around 20ths January 2020) changing of keyboard language does not work. I have 2 different languages on the system.
