Video memory required for desktop virtualization
I am planning to set up 3 virtual desktops using vmware. I have this server with video memory of 32mb and 32 GB RAM.
What is the recommended video memory for this set up and is it possible to upgrade video memory on the server?

Can my employer watch my remote desktop session?
I have a vps that I would like to connect to from work using remote desktop, is it possible for my employer to see my rdp session? What exactly does my employer see/know in regard to my rdp connection to my vps?

What should we recycle from old pcs?
We are getting rid of about 10 old pcs but we want to make sure that we don't throw out any useful hardware. This is the list of parts we are keeping from each:
