Divide polynomials by linear expressions

Rewrite expressions of the form _**a(x)/b(x)**_ , where _**a**_ is a polynomial _**b**_ is a linear binomial, in the form _**q(x)+r(x)/b(x)**_ , where _**q**_ and _**r**_ are polynomials and the degree of _**r**_ is less than the degree of _**b**_.
