What part of the blueberry bush forms the blueberry?

Does anyone know what part of the blueberry bush turns into the actual berry? Is it the flower, the bud, or something else? What should I be looking for?

Bush transplants bought too early

I bought some of these starters from a big box store and it says plant them when chance of frost is gone. Since I'm probably still 1 month out how should I best keep them? Should I water them in the plastic bags they are in or leave them dry? …
